With a culinary education from Northwestern Michigan College and experience working in numerous restaurants, Molly discovered her passion for catering. CUTLERY RENTAL: $1.75/PERSON (1 FORK, 1 KNIFE, 1 SPOON)

GLASSWARE: $1.75/PERSON

WATER GOBLETS, ROCKS GLASSES, CHAMPAGNE FLUTES, WINE GLASSES, COFFEE CUPS and GLASS PITCHERS: $2.50

GOLD CHARGER PLATES: $1.25

CHAFFER PANS WITH LIDS: $25 (RECTANGLE OR ROUND)

Comes with, 4” steamtable pan, 2” pan for food, 2-6 hour chaffer fuels and dome lid- silver and gold accents

TABLE LINENS: $8.50/LINEN

COOKING CLASSES

Discover the art of cooking specific dishes, such as
crafting your own pasta dough from scratch,
mastering the technique of cutting chicken, and
practicing proper knife etiquette. You'll also learn
the tricks of the trade for dicing, chopping, and
executing a perfect julienne cut, among other
valuable culinary skills.
